Different products use different production processes, so the artwork requirements may vary. Please refer to the guide below to prepare your files for production.

Vector Files: .AI, .EPS, .PDF, .SVG

Vector files are suitable for all production methods and provide the best printing and engraving results. They can be scaled without losing quality and ensure sharp, accurate reproduction of your design.

Raster (Pixel) Files: .PNG, .JPG, .JPEG, .TIFF

Raster image files are suitable for reference or full-colour printing only. For the best results, please provide high-resolution images (300 DPI or above). Low-resolution images may affect the final product quality.

Don't Have a Vector File?

If you don't have a vector file, we recommend using Recraft (https://www.recraft.ai/) to generate an SVG vector file from your logo or artwork. If creating an SVG isn't possible, please provide the highest-resolution image available so our production team can review and prepare your artwork for manufacturing.

If you're unsure whether your artwork is suitable, simply send it to us and our team will be happy to check it before production.

We aim to make the ordering process simple and secure for all of our customers.

New Customers

For first-time orders, we will provide a Proforma Invoice together with a digital artwork proof for your approval.

Once the artwork and order details have been confirmed, a 30% deposit is required before production begins.

After production is completed, we will send photos of the finished products for your confirmation. The remaining 70% balance must be paid before shipment.

Established Customers

For customers with an established and long-term business relationship, we can offer monthly payment terms upon approval. Invoices are issued monthly and settled once per month.
